The latest CDC Abortion Surveillance for 2005 was just released. If you look only at the numbers and don’t actually read the report, which is what most reporters and the media do, it looks like abortion decreased almost 3% from 2004 to 2005. So, this means that abortions are on the decline. However, these statistics are highly misleading.
The CDC 2005 reports 4 reasons why they have inaccurate numbers. I just love how up front and honest they are, yet no one seems to know about it.
