It’s Time For Carousel, are you ready?

Logan’s Run.  Remember the movie?  At the age of 30 you must attend Carousel in order to be reborn.  What they didnt’ know was Carousel meant death.  Now we can live the movie!  From ABCNewsOnline:

(Dr Phillip Nitschke) A pro-euthanasia campaigner is hopeful Tasmania’s ageing population will be the catalyst for more debate on voluntary and assisted suicides.

Recent data from the Bureau of Statistics shows the Tasmanian population is ageing faster than anywhere else in the country.

Dr Nitschke says that is reason enough for change.

“I hope that we start to see some solutions,” Dr Nitschke said.

“Perhaps they could take place here in Tasmania. It only needs a State Government with courage to address this issue. We saw it briefly in the Northern Territory but there’s been precious little since.”

The solution to population control liberal style - Kill It!  First abortion and now encouraging euthanasia to get rid of the older population.  I wonder when the liberals are going to set the age limit on how long you can live?  Think about it: All the liberals have to do is set your time clock and then anyone over the approved age must attend Carousel or the Sandman will get you!
