The Law? What’s that?

By Valerie Jane | May 10, 2007

A father, John Blanks Jr., sexually assaulted his daughter starting when she was 13 years old and ending when she was 18.  She didn’t even have her own bedroom.  She was forced to sleep in the same bed as if she were her father’s wife.  When Daddy dearest impregnated his daughter he whisked her away to the place all sexual deviants take their victims.  Planned Parenthood.  From the Cincinnati Enquirer:

“In a civil suit filed today in Warren County Common Pleas Court, the teen, formerly of Mason, says she disclosed the sexual abuse to a Planned Parenthood employee when she and her father went to the agency’s Mount Auburn clinic to abort her pregnancy in November 2004.  But no police report was filed – and as a result, the abuse continued for another year and a half, the suit says”

Of Course Planned Parenthood denies the allegations:www.standtrue.com/pages/dayofsilenceafter.htm

“Becki Brenner, Planned Parenthood Southwest Ohio Region’s president and chief executive officer, said she had not seen the lawsuit yet. But in response to a description of the allegations, Brenner said she disputes the primary allegations.”

Do you think anyone at Planned Parenthood cares about the evidence?

“According to the teen’s lawsuit, Planned Parenthood employees did not tell police that the Mason girl alleged her pregnancy resulted from rape, because of a “don’t ask/don’t tell” policy relating to sex abuse.

But no such policy exists at Planned Parenthood, Brenner contends. “We do not have a do-not-ask, do-not-tell policy,” she declared. “If a woman comes in, our goal is to keep women safe and deliver a quality service.”

As for a hand-scrawled Planned Parenthood document that mentions the phrase, “don’t ask/don’t tell” and is purported to serve as evidence of the policy, Brenner said, “I have no idea who wrote it, it’s not part of the training procedure and it’s not part of our protocols.”

The teen’s Cincinnati lawyer, Brian Hurley, said the note, which is attached to the Warren County lawsuit, was included among training materials that the agency’s trainer, Julia Piercey, provided.

“So, to me, their position is laughable,” he said. “It came from their own files, from their own trainer.”

In a sworn statement, Piercey said that was the origin of the document, which Hurley obtained in the course of another suit he filed against Planned Parenthood.”

Thank God this girl was smart enough to finally tell her future college sports coach that she was being abused.  He was kind enough to alert authority’s and save her from the abuse.

And what was Hurley’s other case he has filed against Planned Parenthood:

“In that Hamilton County case, Hurley represents the family of a 14-year-old girl who obtained an abortion without parental consent. The girl went with her abuser, a 21-year-old soccer coach, to the clinic. “

In that case a judge ordered Planned Parenthood to disclose all records of abortions performed on girls younger than 18.  You know, the courts just want to make sure all girls that go to Planned Parenthood would be safe.  I don’t think I need to tell you that Planned Parenthood is appealing this order.  Exactly what is it that they are trying to hide?  You would think that an organization that is for the health and wellbeing of women would want to know if there are criminal activities being covered up.

So, Planned Parenthood is at it again.  They are covering up sexual abuse and getting rid of the evidence via abortion.

I’m so glad they believe in the rights and safety of women, aren’t you?

Very enlightening article, Valerie. I appreciate your helping to expose Planned Parenthood for the horrible crimes they help to protect.

Thanks. I plan on keeping up with all the latest news on this. It amazes me how an organization that was supposedly designed to help women doesn’t care when they are hurting them. I am also amazed that no one in the media seems to care.

    ug..
