I’m very excited to see MK back! Whew! Mom finally came home after abandoning us. (Quick hide the alcohol!) Welcome home, MK! (Darn it, why won’t the oxy clean get that wine stain out?)
I would also like to announce that I have asked PrettyinPink (AKA PIP) to stay on as a guest writer. I know that her topics were controversial to some on here, but you have to admit that the conversations were awesome! For the most part, we kept things polite while debating some pretty hot topics of the day. (MK – go get the rope and I’ll catch Stu so we can hog tie him again!)

I’m still trying to find a hotel close to the campsite. It would be suicide with my allergies to try to sleep outside!

I am SO TOTALLY hoping that you’re all still planning on going! I know I am!
But I need a sort of head count/committment. Gotta figure out the tents/sites/food. Who’s still in?
I can honestly say that the only camping trip I would consider going on would involve 5 star hotels, continental breakfasts with Starbucks, air conditioning and malls that stay open til 10 (so I could camp out… get it?)

I’m tentatively still in for the camping trip- I just need to know for certain when we’re going so I can see if it times up with my boss’s second vacation for the summer.
